TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF ELECTRONIC BILL DELIVERY METHOD

The City of Mount Vernon Board of Water Supply will be temporarily suspending our electronic billing (eBill) delivery system as we perform system updates. During this period, customers enrolled in paperless billing will receive paper bills by mail, and online payments will remain available as usual through the CivicPay portal. Once eBill service is restored, customers will be notified and asked to re-toggle paperless billing to resume electronic delivery.

To make a payment, simply log in to your account with your REGISTERED email address and click on Make a Payment OR if you would like to make a payment without registering simply click "One Time Payment" and following the "Quick Payment" instructions.

FIRST TIME USERS, you will need a copy of a recent bill so that you can register:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Housing/Building Number (please do NOT include the street name)
• Account Number (exactly as it appears on your bill)
• Your Email Address
